On the (very) rare occasion that our equipment goes wrong we can provide full support for all our equipment. This includes extended Return to Base Warranties right through to 8 hour call to fix 24 hour working.
Our core offering is limited to travelling time from the factory, based near York. However, this does have the added benefit that all our travelling engineers are 10 Squared staff who are full conversant with every facet of our equipment, and who are fully committed to resolving the problem and preventing further reoccurrence. We do not sub-contract your maintenance contract.
Equally, should you feel our in-house offering does not provide suitable cover and you have you own preferred supplier of support and maintenance cover, we are more than happy to work with them on a first line support basis.
