Fabrication with our in-house machine workshop.
Our large workshop has a variety of machines including a 30 Ton Amada Pega King Punch Press, an 80 Ton CNC Press Brake (folder) and various smaller machines such a a Pemserter press. This allows us to produce all our own metal work in-house.

We have many years of in-house IT experience from our competent and qualified staff. We specialise in Microsoft Operating Systems, Networks and PC Hardware. We are experienced system builders and only use quality PC components, each PC goes through a rigorous amount of testing and a 120 hour burn-in procedure.

Software Design and Support
We also have in-house software facilities and produce a diverse range of software from DLL's to control hardware inside our units, to front end XML controls and SQL database applications. We also produce real-time monitoring software which can capture logs and usage reports on exactly how the hardware is being used in the field.

Electronic Design & PCB Production
We use state of the art computer design software to design PCB's. We then send the gerber files to another company for production. When the PCB boards are returned we have them assembled and tested by our competent staff.

Delivery and Installation
We can deliver direct to site around the clock. Often we install in high profile areas and have to meet the onsite terms with a company method statement. We can arrange all the onsite equipment required for a job, our staff have several required qualifications to operate such machinery.
